At IAIT, our dedicated team is actively driving several initiatives to bridge educational and industry gaps between Europe and China.
One of our standout projects involves improving teaching standards and technical training curricula at a prestigious vocational school in Shanghai. These efforts are part of the broader rollout of the German dual vocational training model, a system that aligns with the Chinese government strategy to strengthen technological expertise and address the challenges of a shrinking workforce.
A closely related, significant trend we are addressing is the growing demand for AEVO and “Train the Trainer” courses in China, which aim to improve the didactic methods of vocational school teachers for technical professions. Given the dynamism of the Chinese economy, we are renewing traditional face-to-face training “made in Germany” by developing hybrid learning programs. These programs integrate online and offline methods to achieve the same high-quality results while meeting the time constraints of Chinese customers.

China's push into high-tech manufacturing is evident in centers like the Pudong Kangqiao Academician Community, which fosters partnerships to turn inventions into market-ready products. This incubator, which we recently visited, supports talent with resources to accelerate commercialization and marketing.
IAIT helps Chinese SMEs build a strong presence in Europe - with tailored solutions for operations and marketing. We are currently working with high-tech manufacturers in automotive testing and AI logistics. These companies are asking for our expertise to overcome the complexities of building their European business, relying on our local network and on-the-ground support.

We also organize business delegations for Chinese companies seeking to explore European markets. These delegations provide opportunities to visit local companies, explore markets and identify M&A targets. In 2025, we will host at least three high-profile delegations focusing on high-tech industries and vocational training and fostering strategic partnerships.
European sourcing strategies are changing post-COVID. While some European companies aimed to reduce dependence on China, many are now returning to Chinese suppliers because of their high technical capabilities and competitive pricing. We leverage our strong connections in China to support this renewed demand through our network.
At IAIT, we promote seamless business growth and build impactful East-West connections. As demand for Eurasian business professionals grows, our expertise is uniquely positioned to help companies expand their international reach. Together, we can turn challenges into opportunities and achieve exceptional results.
